Citizens Bank's new branch and branding set to launch on same day
New location on Janesville Rd in Muskego, WI and new branding both launching on February, 10 2025
February 3, 2025 - Citizens Bank is thrilled to be one week away from both the opening of a new branch in Muskego, Wisconsin and the implementation of new branding. After 30 years of the Citizens Bank Muskego branch being located within the grocery store, they are excited to bring a space with a fresh look, new meeting spaces, and cutting edge technology to the Muskego community.
"The new Muskego location will be opening on February 10th and will have the same great staff you know, but will be equipped with even greater customer service capability with the implementation of our Interactive Teller Machine (ITM)," said Stef Bonesteel, Senior Vice President and Marketing Manager. "This machine will allow customers to conduct their banking from the comfort of their car while still talking to a Citizens Bank team member directly. Our new location offers a cozy and modern interior, highlighting our new branding that will also be implemented bank-wide on the same day that the Muskego location opens, February 10th."
The rebranding of Citizens Bank has been in the works for almost a year. Alongside the team at 6AM Marketing, the decision makers and marketing team at Citizens Bank worked on a brand refresh that would modernize the look of the company while maintaining the community bank feel that Citizens Bank is known for. After many meetings and narrowing down on options, the Citizens team as well as the board of directors voted to implement the new branding that will be utilized bank-wide starting on February 10th.
